More about this piece

The Pyrox glass tea service was designed by L. Sutnar in 1931 for Krásná Jizba Družstevní práce. This tea set has an elegant design with fine lines and subtle cups, making it a timeless and attractive piece from the 1930s. It is one of Sutnar's most well-known works in the field of applied arts design. The set comes complete with six cups, a small and large teapot, rum and sugar bowl. The glass is in perfect condition, while the wooden handle on the large teapot shows signs of age, adding to the set's overall atmosphere. The original Pyrox glass has a greenish tint, which distinguishes it from modern replicas that are transparent. If you have never experienced drinking from thin glass, you will love the sensation when you try it.
