This is a GoodForm Industrial Blue Swivel Tanker Office Desk Chair from the 1950s, designed by Gio Ponti and manufactured in Youngstown, Ohio for the General Fireproofing Company. The materials tag and state registry paper label can be found underneath the chair, along with an aluminum propeller base. This chair is an extremely rare model and is in perfect, original condition. It has an adjustable seat height and folding backrest resistance. The aluminum construction is polished and all functions are fully operational.
