We have a strong passion for serving carts and are constantly on the lookout for new models to restore or reproduce. Recently, we acquired a cart from the 1970s that initially appeared unappealing and somewhat tacky. However, upon closer inspection, we noticed its underlying beauty. The front wheels and handle had an art deco flair, prompting us to replace the plain plates with walnut veneer coated in a matte lacquer. Additionally, we opted for a more minimalist approach by simplifying the decorative trim to a sleek, clean line. The end result exceeded our expectations, but we'll let you be the judge of that.
